Are you a student in Chatham County Schools? If so, you already have a library account through the Chatham PASS program! Use your PowerSchool ID as your account number, and the last four digits of that number as your PIN.
By submitting this form, you apply for the right to use Chatham County Public Libraries' online resources and agree to comply with library policies. Parents or legal guardians must complete this form for applicants under 16 years of age. See www.chathamnc.org/librarypolicies for complete policies.
After reviewing your information, library staff will contact you via your preferred notification method to issue a library account number. Once the libraries reopen, please visit in person to pick up your physical library card. You will need to present a valid photo ID (and proof of address if your ID does not show your current address) in order to receive full borrowing privileges for physical library materials.
