Any resident of the following North Carolina counties who is at least five years old is eligible for a Chatham County Public Library (CCPL) card: Alamance, Chatham, Durham, Harnett, Lee, Moore, Orange, Randolph, Wake. Anyone who works in Chatham County, regardless of where they live, is entitled to a CCPL card.
Are you a student in Chatham County Schools? If so, you already have a library account through the Chatham PASS program! Use your PowerSchool ID as your account number, and the last four digits of that number as your PIN.

After reviewing your information, library staff will contact you by email to issue a library account number. Please visit in person to pick up your physical library card. You will need to present a valid photo ID (and proof of address if your ID does not show your current address) in order to receive full borrowing privileges for physical library materials.
